Based on the current Top Tech College requirements, the answer is straightforward:
Students who have only completed Junior High School or Senior High School are not currently eligible to enroll in these these masteral programs:
- MBA Business Manager
- MSc Management and Technology
Instead, the closest option is their Master’s level MBA/MSc in Management and Technology, which covers two stages (Bac +4 and Bac +5) within the same master’s program.
However, this program is designed for students who already have a bachelor’s degree—it’s not a combined bachelor-to-master pathway for students entering straight out of high school.
To clarify the current offerings at Top Tech College in Puteaux, France, here is the official position regarding short-term courses and career pathways for Filipino students:
Availability of Short CoursesTop Tech College does not offer 2-week or short certificate programs.
Our academic focus is exclusively on high-level, long-term graduate education.
We specialize in two primary Master’s-level programs:
• MBA Business Manager
• Management and Technology
These are comprehensive, 2-year programs (RNCP Level 7) designed to provide deep expertise and a recognized degree, rather than a quick certificate.
2. Tuition FeesSince Top Tech College does not offer short-stay certificates, there is no direct fee comparison.
However, for the full degree programs:
• The total cost reflects a 2-year academic journey.
• Scholarships: Early-bird rates for Filipino students often reduce the total cost of these 2-year programs (for example, from €18,000 to approximately €14,000 for the full duration), which includes visa support and administrative assistance.

You can apply for a temporary “job search or business creation” permit (recherche d’emploi / création d’entreprise) for about *12 months, or in some cases up to 24 months, to look for work or start a business related to your degree.
If you find a qualifying job, you can switch to a work residence permit (such as a salaried work permit, Talent Passport, etc.)
You generally become eligible to apply for a permanent residence card after about 5 years of continuous legal residence in France. This includes time spent on suitable work visas, but student visas typically do not count toward the 5-year requirement.
During that period, you must also meet integration criteria such as French language ability and stable resources.
Summary:
✔️ 2 years of study by itself does not give you permanent residency rights.
✔️ After graduation, you can stay and work using temporary permits (job search/APS).
✔️ To be eligible for a permanent resident card (Carte de Résident), you typically need ~5 years of legal residence after your student status (mainly as a worker).
When applying through platforms like Campus France or Parcoursup, you do not need to provide a medical certificate. Similarly, the VLS-TS (Long-stay student visa) application does not require a medical exam as a prerequisite for the visa to be issued.
If you are a non-EU student, you are required to undergo a mandatory preventive medical visit during your first year in France.
• Purpose: This is a "prevention" visit to ensure you are healthy and up to date on vaccinations.
• Who provides it: The SSE (Service Santé des Étudiants or Student Health Service) at your university.
• History Note: This has largely replaced the old "OFII medical exam" that students used to take at the immigration office. It is now handled directly by the university health.
